Extra Hands Vacation Services was founded under the notion that everyone, including parents, should have a memorable and enjoyable vacation. We provide childcare, babysitting, and companion services in Orlando, Kissimmee, and surrounding Central Florida areas as well as inside the Walt Disney World theme parks, Universal Studios Orlando theme parks, Sea World and more!
Sitting off with a child if the party would like to experience a ride or show that is too intense or the child doesn't yet meet the height requirement. Our in-park family helpers are right there with you to share all of the work that goes into producing the perfect Disney vacation. All services are contingent on a parent being present, working together hand and hand.
Navigating parks, delegating fastpasses, and trying to keep your kids occupied in a hot theme park line is no easy task. In the midst of that pixie dust induced chaos is where our in-park professionals shine! Equipped with annual passes and knowledge of the parks, rides, height requirements, fastpass systems, restaurants and so on, having an extra set of hands and a capable guide can really save you time, energy and money!
Take an evening to explore the town or run the theme parks on your own, knowing that your children will be having as much fun as you are! Have one of our super sitters care for your children at your resort while you go out for work or play! Available at any time of day to cater to those traveling to the area for conferences and work events, as well as those who need late night availability to enjoy a night on the town!
If you haven't visited the Walt Disney World theme parks in the past year, or ever, you may not have had the chance to get acquainted with the all-new Fastpass+ system. To make the most of your trip, you should take the time to learn how it can benefit you.
Like the system's predecessor, which had previously distributed tickets throughout the day with a time and an hour gap to return and ride, it too adapts the same return method however we now have the opportunity to plan three Fastpasses per day 30 days in advance or 60 days in advance if you'll be staying at a Disney Resort.

Sydney was amazing with our 8 month old! We were traveling with my sister and her two young children as well and Sydney was so kind and helpful to our whole party even though we just hired her to look after our son! She always knew where everything was and was just so patient and easygoing. We immediately felt comfortable with her and couldn't be more thankful for her presence.

Allison was amazing!!!!! My kids are still talking about her.
We booked Allison for Animal Kingdom on a Sunday, in this godawful heat. She was a damn trooper. She met up with my kids at 2:30, so that my husband and I could go to Epcot and drink around the world. My kids had so much fun with her. She was prompt to text me back when I checked in on the kids. The kids raved about her all the way back to hotel and ask if she could come babysit them on the cruise we were going to get on the next day.

Extra Hands is a small group of professional childcare providers who are experienced in everything Disney! Kelsey worked with us, very last minute the week of spring break, to give us a break!
Sara, our caregiver, was truly a life-saver and a game changer! She knew the park like the back of her hand (from fun facts to ride times)and she got us through the Magic Kingdom by noon. She watched the baby during certain rides (yes, something we thought we would never do) and took our son through Tomorrowland while we ate lunch.

As locals, we don't trust anyone else with our kids. Victoria's team at Extra Hands is fantastic! Kelly is the best of both worlds - loads of fun for kids, and professional and reassuring for parents! Our son always has the most fun when she's here, and doesn't miss us a bit. She's a pinterest pro, in on all the kid's 'cool' things, and loves pets - definitely can't say that about most babysitters! It's wonderful to have a team so vested in your kids - it really makes a difference.
