I was first impressed that they didn't charge me to come determine the problem. He asked me several questions, told me what he thought the problem was, and assured me that they would bring everything we needed to replace what we already had, if that was what we wanted to do.
The day of, they were on time. I wasn't there but my momma was. She said they were so nice and made sure everything was clean before they left.
It was expensive, but fair. I come from a union family, and it was a fair wage for a fair day's work. Plus, I have a warranty!

Travis and his dad responded to my initial inquiry immediately and made a trip out to our house in Chattanooga the following morning. They arrived early and took a good look at our original water heater before presenting my wife and I with some options and their recommendations. I purchased a home this year that still had the original 20+ year old water heater. I decided to replace it before it went out and it's overall poor performance. I spoke with Travis at 10 a.m. and by the end of the day I had a brand new unit installed. Very polite and honest. Did not try to upsell me, just make sure my needs were met. Pricing was extremely reasonable for quality products. Cannot recommend them enough.

I called Travis at chattanooga hot water heater and he gave me a way to contact him later in the evening. They came out at 9am today and replaced my water heater. The price was great but the service was even better. They found my exhaust was not to code for my gas water heater and could cause carbon monoxide. They replaced all of it and DIDNT CHARGE ANY EXTRA. My wife is hard to please but was very impressed. They were kind and showed up in matching company wear and a nice professional van. They cleaned up afterward and then went over the directions to use the heaters functions. It's nice to have

I had a gas water heater which was over 20 years old that was failing and they were able to install a new 40-gal water heater and haul off the old one in no time at all. About 8 am this morning (9/8/21) I discovered my 13 year old water heater was leaking from the bottom. I called Chattanooga Water Heater Co. and spoke with Travis, he told me what to do quit leaking and they could be out later today. He and Kendall arrived at 12:00 pm and at 2:15 pm we were back in business with a brand new Rheem 50 gal. water heater. They did a great job and I'm very pleased with their work. Cleaned up and hauled off old unit! YES, I would use them again!

Travis was wonderful to work with! I called Chattanooga Water Heater Co. on a Sunday afternoon! They were extremely responsive! Even came out on a Sunday evening to see if it could be an easy fix! It’s rare to find companies that still exhibit this level of kindness and customer service so graciously!
Unfortunately, it was not an easy fix! They were able to work with me and get a new hot water heat to our home and installed in record time! (I didn’t realize how much you rely on hot water with a house full of kids!)
