Awesome Service and great guys to help take care of your business. My experience with DMI has always been pleasant and they have always taken care of my concerns asap. I have never felt that they were unwilling or reticent to help and they have always been knowledgeable about all my questions great and small. I highly recommend considering DMI for your healthcare HIPA compliant IT management and backups including live, online, and portable. If you need standard "homeowner" computer support or repair...these are the guys! Don't be put off by Networking in the business name as they do so much more.
It is so nice to TRUST that the person you're talking to actually knows what they're doing and they can communicate!! It's been worth every penny and domestic harmony to have these guys work through some software and hardware issues with my wife. Don't even think about about box store Geeks. As a growing small business, we were looking for a solution for server support and cloud backup. I called DMI when I had a computer problem. They gave me solutions and ways to fix it and now my computer is running great; no more malware! Every time I call them for help, they answer the phone in a friendly manner. Each person there is more than competent at their job and they really go above and beyond to make the consumer happy.
