All our clinicians care for both pediatric and adult patients with a comprehensive approach. Mohs Surgery is the most precise way to remove skin cancer on sensitive locations, when the tumor is aggressive or when the patient is high risk. Standard skin surgery is the common approach to remove most benign skin growths and non-aggressive skin cancers in non-sensitive locations.
One out of five Americans will be diagnosed with skin cancer in their lifetime. Central Oregon has one of the highest rates of melanoma in the country. When detected early, skin cancer is highly treatable. For this reason, Derm Health providers offer a full skin exam to all patients and offer personalized preventative treatments.

There are generally three broad categories that we use to guide our approach to diagnosis your condition or conditions: Inflammatory Skin Conditions, Neoplastic Growths, and Infectious Processes. Of course, many different skin conditions within the three categories will overlap between categories but understanding the classic features of each of the categories will guide the basic management approach.

I just recently found Dr. Wisco after letting my prior dermatologist go. My first appointment with Dr. Wisco and his staff was awesome and so kind. I didn’t feel awkward, my concerns were listened to, and the exam was very thorough and respectful. I’m so happy to have found Dr. Wisco—he found some pre-cancer issues and a confirmed carcinoma that should have been caught by my prior. All of my treatments going forward were scheduled on the spot, and Dr. Wisco called me a week later to discuss my lab results in a way that I understood and could trust.

Dr Oliver Wisco is a highly qualified and a incredible patient caring dermatologist with an advanced education in Mohs Surgery and Specialist in Melanoma. He takes the time to explain and answer any questions that you have prior to the procedure. He also takes extreme care and highly skilled when stitching the area to minimize any scarring which is critical when working on exposed areas of the face. Dr. Wisco's staff also gets 5 Stars for their attention to the patient.

I received excellent care from Jill Conway PA and the staff at Dermatology Health Specialists. I had never been to a dermatologist before and they made me feel very comfortable. On a personal level I think it shows that they really enjoy their work and care about their patients. I felt like I received a higher level of care than I expected. Highly recommend them!

Wow! First time after years of dreading dermatology visits that I came away believing someone was really looking after my welfare.
