In this initial session, we'll discuss your lifestyle, health history and personal goals, as well as your current eating habits and preferences. Together we'll go over the basics of nutrition and establish a course of action to help you meet your health goals, whether it be digestive health, weight loss, blood sugar regulation, stress management, hormone balance, immune support, etc.

Where to even begin!! Kristin is the most dynamic individual. She takes the time to truly LISTEN to your concerns and goals. Not only does she listen, but she actually incorporates them into your meal plan. She is completely realistic in her practices; does not have "food rules" and encourages you to listen to your body.
