I was rear-ended while stopped at a red light. I went to ER later in the day when I had someone take me. I needed up with sciatic pain and went to a chiropractor. This office called Kurgis Law and I was treated by three doctors for over a year. I wasn't even finished with treatment and they wanted to settle the case. The doctors weren't paid in full. One bill got sent to collections and I am still in pain. I was told by Kurgis's office that I would be "eaten alive" if this went to court and I could end up owing the insurance money. WTH? My grandmother was in a car accident and decided to hire this firm. This firm is horrible, first of all they took one year to collect her medical records, after her medical treatments were completed. In their response, they stated that every case is different, o.k. I live in California where law suits are common and a simple accident case does not take this long to finalize. I would have given 1/2 star if they let me . Worst law firm in ohio I was in a car accident not at fault got a settlement of 2 grand. Kevin got over 5 grand for what I had to get all the medal records all the expenses to gather for them I had over 6,500.00 in lost wages . When asked about that all I was told was sign here I left over 90 message and only got 3 return calls . And never got and money from them when I have to paid to get my car out of impound lot. What a rip out law firm

I had a terrible attorney who was lazy and didn't even bother to get the facts from my case and he wanted me to settle based on a few facts and some were not true. I tried to contact Kevin Kurgis but he is unreachable. You would think he would have contacted me all I wanted was a different attorney.

My Wife and I were both in separate not at fault accidents within a 3 week period. We hired the Law Offices of Kevin Kurgis for representation in both accidents. Our experience was terrible throughout both cases. It took nearly a year to wrap up my wife's case which had minor medical treatment that lasted about two months. My case had medical treatment involved as well that lasted about 3 months. It is going to go to litigation with the person who hit me's insurance. Not even 24 hours after my accident this office looked up and used my personal information to contact me. They sent a text advertisement to my personal, pay by minute phone. I think it it horrible that I can not share my information with police because I have to worry that other will get and use it that have no right to do so. I have had to call them to be placed on a do not call list. I was apart of a car accident recently and Kevin Kurgis was one of the people who spammed me that day. I say spam because the last thing I needed after still being shaken up from the accident is to be harassed by every repair company on the planet.
