I absolutely love the people here! My family and I have been going to Dr. Simpson for over 10 years. They are always willing to work with our crazy schedules and very attentive to our needs. They show genuine concern and take very good care of us. No one particularly enjoys going to the dentist but when they are as kind and friendly as the staff here it makes it better!

I went to my appointment thinking my teeth were going to be cleaned and instead I got 30 plus pictures and x-rays of my teeth. I was told my actual teeth cleaning would be on another day and require another hour or so of my time. As I am leaving I was given a quote to pay extra to have my teeth cleaned when my policy covers teeth cleaning. I also found out that they are not in network for my insurance company, which they knew they were not and failed to tell me so prior my appointment. To add more insult to injury, I was told by Pamela I would have to pay another $15 for the pictures and x-rays

I went to Dr. Simpson's office in early April of this year and while my review can only share my personal experiences, I highly recommend Abilene Aesthetic and Cosmetic Dentistry to anyone out there who might be in need of dental care.
If you want a friendly and inviting atmosphere - which let’s face it a lot of people do when it comes to dental - they have you covered!!
More than covered actually…and I really want to emphasize that; these are phenomenal people with an incredibly caring attitude who do more than just a fantastic job in my eyes.

I have used Dr Simpson for the last 20 years. I cannot say enough about how friendly, awesome and amazing he AND his staff are. Let's face it, dental care is expensive anywhere you go.......and you pretty much, like anything else in life, get exactly what you pay for. I would rather pay a little extra for exceptional care.....I mean that in EVERY ASPECT.......than go to a "cheaper" dentist office.....and get just that....CHEAP CARE. He, Dr Simpson, has always been friendly, puts you at ease, makes you smile even when you don't want to...lol. His staff is the exact same way....and they are ALL very

Excellent dentist. Technique is unquestionably good. HOWEVER. High pressure sales tactics. Hygienists trained to sell, sell, sell. Don't go here without excellent insurance. Made me question whether crowns were actually necessary...got skeptical and switched dentists. Bothers me that this person has changed partners in his business again and again and again, and two former partners suggested they left due to these business practices.
