Initially educated as an Naturopathic Doctor in the Original Ingham Method of Reflexology, I was also a Founding member of the Illinois Reflexology Association. My other fields of interest include iridology, hair analysis and extensive herbology which are all natural health modalities.

Naturopathy is a system of therapies and treatment which relies exclusively on natural remedies, such as sunlight, air, water, supplemented with diet and therapies such as massage and Reflexology. Feet, eyes, hair and ears all provide important information about our body's overall health. Our eyes are not the only body parts that are the windows to the soul!
Tony Koufos will schedule a hour to allow for a thorough foot therapeutic session. During this appointment, you can share physical problems you are having - or emotional ones. With physical ailments, the body works in conjunction with the mind! There is no "pain" involved with reflexology. There may be some discomfort as we work the distressed organ by applying pressure to the foot, but it will be minimal.
An iridology appointment takes approximately one hour. It is painless. Using a flashlight and small lupe to magnify your eyes, I read your iris while you jot down notes about organs and tissues we discuss that could benefit from herbal supplements or dietary changes. Iridology cannot detect a specific disease.
Hair analysis is no more painful than a haircut, but please schedule your analysis before your next haircut appointment! Though I'm very careful to cut from an underneath layer of your hair, a few ounces of hair need to be submitted to the lab. Any kind of hair is suitable for analysis - labs today can counter-effect the effects of hair coloring and perms.
There is no mystery to it but age old science. It works! He has gotten me off crutches, relieved back discomfort and removed toxins with his technology and ability. This is an adjunct therapy to any other procedures for optimal health and wellness. A Very exciting day for Lloyd.
