No words can express the disdain I have for this place. They neglect their patients and do not communicate with family members. Please if you are reading this do not send your loved ones to spend the little time they have left in this hell hole. Thankfully we found out through hospice before it was too late and got my grandmother moved to a better place. Purcell care needs to be shut down immediately!

I was a temp nurse and I was impressed with the company as a whole. They are doing top of the line remodeling. They take care of the staff and really seem to want to fix any problems that may come up. The administration truly care about the residence and the staff. Food did not look good and the staff bullying and gossiping with each other was something Ive never seen before and hopefully these women will learn to get strength from working as a team, embrace and empower each other because admin is giving them all the tools, the residents will benefit. the residents are well taken care of from what

I'm giving this place a 1 star, there is not a option for zero. This place is nasty and reeks of urine. It took 2 days for my mom to get her meds, her call light didn't work, no chair for her to sit in so she had to lay in bed. I could go on but I won't . Thank God we got her removed and transferred to a better facility.

My dad is here. last time we went to visit 1 of the nurses kept trying to make a guy "take a nap" at like 11:30 in the morning. He is a grown man not a baby he said no he's not tired but she kept insisting. Then another nurse was cussing a man out. And there was a guy with a wound on his foot it had a dirty bandage on it and the bandage was hanging halfway off and he was dragging it on the floor. And my dad had lost so much weight I bet he barely weighed 100 pounds this place is pathetic. Needs to be shut down!

My husband is there now (December 2015) and seems to be "enjoying" his stay. I think he may be there a long time, but it is comfortable, clean, and the staff is friendly. He is lucky to have a wonderful roommate which I think keeps him from being depressed. There are many common areas and always someone around to chat with.
Some of the staff have gone out of their way to make James stay a little easier and I appreciate that very much.
