Dr. Julienne Walker was born in Bronx, NY, where she practiced for about 13 years before relocating to New Jersey in 2012. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University and her Doctor of Optometry degree from SUNY College of Optometry.
She has decades of experience in treating all age groups and is passionate about providing a quality of care which involves listening closely to patient concerns and addressing them.She has a special interest in contact lenses and has extensive training in the diagnosis, treatment and management of ocular disease.

We offer a wide range of contact lenses that cater to myopia (near-sightedness), hyperopia (far-sightedness), astigmatism and presbyopia. Multifocal contacts lenses are available. And no matter how high your prescription might be, we will find a contact lens for you that offers you the best possible vision and comfort.
Had a Wonderful experience! Dr. Walker is very kind allowing you to feel comfortable. She answers any questions you have and the staff is very welcoming. I Recommend it to everyone in the area looking for an adult and child friendly environment. Experience is key! I've been to sooooo many optometrists over the years, and I have never had one be so thorough.

Incompetent. Not long after I got my glasses I dropped them back off to get anti-reflective coating. They charged my credit card and told me they would have them back in a week or so. Almost 3 weeks after they had my glasses they finally called me and told me my insurance would not cover any longer. They didn’t give any reason why it took so long to figure that out. This is after they had already charged my card $35 for it.
They also wanted me to pay the full price for anti-reflective coating which is $115.
Very unsatisfactory, unhelpful and disappointing. Also wasted so much time going back

Dr. Walker is excellent. The lady at the front desk was very professional I might say. You won't find that at to many places. She finally gave my husband the diagnosis no other eye doctor can tell him. She fitted him with the correct lens and he was able to see with the contacts. He was also able to get glasses at a reasonable price. Now we are waiting on the insurance to get his lens.

AMAZING 🤩 I felt like I was in there getting therapy for for my eyes. Dr. Walker definitely explains everything while making you feel comfortable and supper clean !!! Most importantly Dr.Walker gives each patient her undivided attention and truly cares. As well as her team!!! I usually hate doctor appointments but can’t wait to come back !!!

Very grateful to have come across Dr. Walker and her practice. She is very knowledgeable, patient, down to earth, thorough and reassuring. She answers all of your questions and you never feel rushed. Following her advice and directions, my dry eye symptoms have been improving, can’t thank her enough. The Front desk / office staff are friendly. Additionally, the office has reasonable/short wait times, and there is ample parking.

I had a GREAT experience at the eye Dr today, there was such a pleasant atmosphere, very clean, polite staff and very professional. I haven’t been to the eye Dr in two years and the fact that Dr Walker took her time and gave me a thorough eye exam was amazing to me.
I said to myself wow, she’s good lol. I’ve never had a eye exam that thorough before. I was searching for a good eye Dr for two years and I am glad I finally found one! I will tell all my friends and family about Vision Healers!

My first time ever going to an optometrist and it was the best experience ever. I traveled to Dr. Walkers office from the Bronx and it was worth the drive. Amazing customer service from the beautiful ladies at the front desk. And gentle full exam and well needed knowledge about my eyes.

Amazing service!! My child and I needed our annual eye exams and glasses Dr. Walker is an absolute pleasure to support. Her service was thorough and heart felt adapting to the need of each person. I visited twice in 2 days. The 1st day for my child and I. After that great experience I scheduled the 2nd for my 2 God children. Both visits were a great experience! My youngest is 5 and if you or your children have had a negative experience with another optometrist like me, I encourage you to make an appointment with Vision Healers. My new Optometrist!
