Came in for a oil change. Fast Service, Free Diagnostics. Everything was good up until the end when i presented a $15 OFF Sythetic - Best Coupon and system would not except it even though I qualified for it and was within promotional expiration terms. Cashier didnt bypass system and i had to pay full amount.

Clean and pleasant.. However they need to have employees that speak better English. It was very frustrating that i tried to ensure something would be done during my car service... The young man said he understood.. But when it came time to pay the sensor that needed to be reset for my oil change was not properly initiated because he could not find out how to do it and that was the whole point of me asking before he completed the work cuz now I have to go to the dealer or to someone else different all together just to have it reset cuz now the light on my dashboard will eventually stay illuminated

I always have a great experience at Velazquez. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, taking my vehicle in for repairs always makes me nervous. I have definitely been taken advantage of before at other repair spots. Not this one. These business owners and auto mechanics are honest and fair and quick at what they do. My brakes are back in working order. Thank you!

Had a loud scraping noise coming from my muffler. Went to New city on Irving Park. They replaced the muffler. Noise came back 45 days later. Came to velazquez on a sunday, they fixed the muffler, had me out in 30 mins for $60. Now I feel like i never needed a new muffler and new city ripped me off.
Velazquez’s service was dope! Avoid that new city place.

I’m here writing a review of my experience at Velasquez complete auto care on Belmont. They worked on my 2013 Mercedes Benz ML63 AMG. I don’t typically write these things but my positive experience definitely warrants this review.
Upon walking in, I was greeted by someone at the front desk with a smile. I described what I wanted (resonator delete) and I was quickly given a very reasonable estimate.
I was introduced to a tech named Alex. A really nice guy and very knowledgeable on all things related to vehicles and their performance. We conducted a job briefing prior to him starting the work
