We were royally screwed over. We had new tile installed by them in our tub. It took them two days to complete the job, however, the installers promised to return to clean up and to seal the messy grout. They never returned. We repeatedly called to request that they come out again and they always promised to come, and repeatedly stood us up. My husband even went to the store to speak to the owner, and was promised to have the installers come back to finish the work. They never, ever showed. And don't bother to call them -- they do not return calls! We have filed a complaint with the Better Business

These people are liars! They don’t get their jobs done on time! I was working for them and they expected me to lie and give customers excuses of why they cannot get the jobs done on time. I trusted them and I kept making sales meanwhile they just kept staking the job and not get them done. Then they ran broke and stopped paying me. I hope you don’t have any jobs to be completed by them because you are out of luck. I am taking them to court to get paid. Everything is a problem with them. They are disorganized and are not in integrity. I am writing here because they have done so many people wrong

I would strongly suggest that if you are looking to remodel your bathroom that you do not use Apex Kitchen and Bath. We had a terrible experience where the following happened:
1. Project was estimated to take a couple of weeks and took 3 months
2. They completed the demo and left all of the trash in our driveway
3. They did a poor job of cleaning up after themselves (never had a vacuum except for the vanity install)
4. After they completed the demo, they called us that evening to ask for the second payment. They later called us back that same evening to tell us they never bought anything for

We are absolutely delighted with the design and installation of our kitchen. We used Diego once before In our old house and we knew we only wanted Apex Kitchen & Bath to do the kitchen in our new home. The attention to details is amazing! Everything we asked for on our wish list was done by Diego & his staff. They have excellent customer service, are prompt and do an excellent job!

Diego and his team at Apex Kitchen and Bath LLC were amazing. I worked with them on the renovation of my master bathroom, among other projects throughout the apartment, and I had a great experience. Diego was extremely detailed-oriented and was understanding along the way as I made changes to existing plans. Diego was also helpful with providing ideas and helping to optimize a small space by adding both storage and functionality. Poor customer service. We are extremely disappointed with the service received today. We planned our morning to make it on time to our 10 AM appointment with Jenny Dej but she wasn't there. The lack of communication was disrespectful. First no one called us to tell us that our appointment is not with Jenny. No one was expecting us today at all, the woman opening the store had no idea we had appointment not to mention she was late. I speak Spanish and I overheard the whole conversation she had with someone over the phone about us in Spanish. I overheard them saying Jenny didn't think there
