My husband has used this service for at least 10 years. There continues to be ISSUES. I, the wife, decided to take care of it myself today. I spent 2 1/2 hrs with IRS because our payment for 2020 was never "received" and when BOA said FRAUD and returned the money, IRS began proceedings for liens, etc. Each letter received from the IRS was given to Paul...he said "I'll take care of it". Now with more certified letters and interest and fees added from IRS, Paul said "I'll deal with it on Monday (one week later)". I spoke with IRS, had a penalty abatement
