Was not satisfied. Went through hell trying to get my deck finished and getting broken boards that they installed replaced. Couldn't reach the owner Mike for months. Everytime I would call I would get a voicemail and then a text by someone claiming to be his son saying his dad was sick and that finishing our contracted job was the least of their worries. Extremely unprofessional business and highly recommend you go with another contractor you're in the San Antonio area.

In September Michael Groves of Backyard Dreamscapes cashed $10,700 of my 2 checks and 6 months later I have not seen him or the hot tub that I paid him to purchase and install. I DO NOT TRUST MICHAEL GROVES HE TOOK MY MONEY AND after 6 months HE GAVE ME NOTHING IN RETURN.
On December 9th I sent him an email requesting we communicate in writing ...email/texts so I would have written records of what he was telling me. I wanted his excuses in writing as proof.
