Cracks, if not addressed, will allow water through and under the asphalt, softening the sub-grade beneath it. The weakening of the sub-grade, combined with vehicle traffic and freeze/thaw cycles, will eventually lead to asphalt failure and expensive repairs. To prevent this damage, we seal cracks with a hot, rubberized crack sealing material that is specially formulated for parking lots.

The employees for this company are garbage. They wouldn't let anyone merge in a construction zone on the highway and were flipping people off and hanging out of their trucks yelling at everyone. It was absolutely ridiculous and incredibly distasteful to act that way, especially in company vehicles. I would never want to have people like that doing any work for me. No thanks.
