Daniel Smarsch has been amazing!
I've seen Dr. Meram previously before him, when Meram left I was scared of change...but I love Smarsch! It was always hard for me to find a doctor that will sit down and actually listen and not rush into any diagnosing throwing meds thinking that it'll help.
I recommend this clinic to every person that comes to my urgent care needing a primary care doctor.
You guys are amazing!

Mischarged my insurance causing me to be billed nearly triple the expected amount. When I contacted Country Creek, they ignored me even though my insurance confirmed it was incorrectly billed. They then sent my bill to collections without any communication and I am now fighting to get that removed from my history. Terrible customer service, cannot recommend. Stay away from this place.

I couldn't be more pleased with the kindness and professionalism that Dr. Bain showed me. He was very thorough and made sure I felt comfortable. he took his time and didn't make me feel rushed out of the office and made it a point to make sure I understood everything he had to tell me. It's hard to find a doctor with both great bedside manner and also very knowledgeable and professional for this I am extremely grateful and will make it a point to request him on all future visits. Thank you Dr. Bain!

It was my first visit today with Dr.Tiffany Gerke, PNB and it went amazing, the staff as well were amazing! Dr.Tiffany was very welcoming and really listened and cared about my kids and my concerns. She made sure they felt very comfortable and evaluated everything no questions asked. She even went into detail and answered every question i had. My kids really enjoyed her, she even gave us some welcoming bags. Happy we were able to find such a great friendly Dr. I definitely recommend her!

Do not believe the fake reviews below they are posted by the manager. There is no doctor at this practice. The nurse practitioner below works one day a week (very low availability). She is not a medical doctor as they try to trick you below. The current PA is overwhelmed and yells at staff to stop scheduling patients. I suspect they both will be quitting soon as they are very discontent with current manager. The doctor listed on the site hasn't even started yet and the owner physician has not practiced here in over 4 years. All previous nurse practitioners and doctors have left this practice every

We had a fantastic experience with Tiffany Gerke! If you are looking for pediatric care with someone who takes the time to listen, cares, and respects your wishes as parents, I highly recommend you check her out! She is currently accepting new patients. Our other pediatrician retired recently and we had a lot of anxiety looking for someone new. Tiffany made us feel comfortable immediately! Thank you, Tiffany!

Went in for a visit and the staff was very friendly and respectful in regards to the Covid 19 virus. Everyone (including arriving patients) were at least 6 feet apart, if not more. It was really organized and I felt very secure while I was there. Both the lobby and the patient rooms were very clean and cozy. If you need to visit the doctor, you should try this place.

This was my first experience with Country Creek and I cannot express how professional, friendly, efficient and SAFE the staff and the office were. I was able to get an appointment quickly, barely walked in before they took me back, and I was in and out. Country Creek - thank you for all you do to keep us all healthy and safe.

Saw Andrea liked her very much. Asked me questions ,trying to see what my health issues are. Very concerned listened to what I was concerned about with my health. Was updated on what I had done by other doctors. Always have got me in the office when I got sick,right away. I thought Andrea was concerned about my health. Don Adams
