David is very knowledgable and has a vast range of skills. He was prompt, efficient, and shared his planning with us as he moved along.

We used New Era to repair a leaking shower drain pan. This involved diagnosing the problem, tearing out the old shower pan and some wall tile and putting in the new pan and tile. Due to some faulty installation by the prior remodeler, it turned out to by much more complicated than anticipated. New Era also repaired the wall were it was cut open to inspect the leak. New Era's estimate was detailed, necessary modifications were discussed in advance, progress was reviewed daily and the workmanship was very high quality. Clean up was also done very well. In the course of the project, we expanded it

Top notch work, with a hard to find attention to detail in today’s day and age. Went above and beyond all expectations while being timely and courteous. He even took the time to do a small side project not planned in the initial deal. A true expert in his craft and penultimate professional. We wanted a bathroom remodel and wanted to assure that things were done in a professional matter and in contacting David, we got just that. We hit several obstacles along the way, but with David’s experience, he had suggestions not only to keep our original plans in the design, but also was looking out on keeping the costs low. David is trustworthy and professional. Upon completion of the job, he assured the area was clean and went over the best way to maintain and keep our investment in the best shape.
