OKAY so I posted a review on google as well, but I just feel like I had to spread the good word as much as possible just based off my personal experience. So first off, WOW!! I'm a guy, so I'm not exactly all into the whole massage, pedicure and manicure hype as much as many others. But holy smokes. My husband booked me a massage and manicure for Christmas, I was very excited about this! I emailed the company many days before asking about my manicure because they told my husband I wouldn't be allowed to get color because it will get on the sheet during my massage, I clearly don't want my husband to pay money for my nails to be cleaned. They confirmed I could get gel for more money which is fine. I then asked 2 times to add a lip and eyebrow wax and I was told " will do" when I asked if they scheduled my wax, I was told "nope" we don't have anyone to do that

What an amazing experience! I went in looking for a relaxing massage where I could unwind and destress. Christine delivered! She was so lovely and talked to me just enough to make me comfortable and then let me relax the rest of the time, which I really appreciated. Customer service was great, I really wish this spa was located where I live, I would most definitely be a regular. Thank you Christine for the best massage.

I came to Boise as part of a 10-day vacation around Idaho, Montana and Wyoming. Thought a massage would be a great way to kick off the trip. I scheduled a massage at Spa Urbana online, filled out all the paperwork online ahead of time, and payment was automatic when I arrived, all of which made the experience great. Sierra, my massage therapist, made the experience AMAZING!! She was friendly, but not overly, incredibly professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve had a shoulder issue, and she recommended a treatment that worked for her — need to find a chiropractor or physical therapist

I have come to Spa Urbana for massages, manicures and facials. Each experience was enjoyable and relaxing. I have returned monthly to get facials from Crystal. She has been so helpful with managing my skin health. She provides a relaxing experience while providing education to help me reduce my acne . I don’t feel pressured to buy more services or products by any of the employees. It’s an overall relaxing experience that I look forward to each time. I highly recommend any of their services!

I have had pretty bad luck with massages in Boise. But Spa Urbana has restored my faith! Story was absolutely amazing. I was so impressed with all of her massage techniques and she did amazing work releasing severe muscle tension in my neck, back and hips. I had a baby a year ago and am still feeling the physical effects. Story saved me! I am looking forward to going back and will recommend Spa Urbana and Story to everyone I know. I feel like I have found an absolute gem!

I booked the blue eucalyptus massage with the wild lime scalp treatment for my boyfriend's birthday. I had such an amazing experience! My masseuse was Lynn and I explained to her from the beginning that I had a pretty bad sunburn from the fourth of July. She was understanding and worked around it and very lightly on top of it while she was massaging me. The treatment itself left me and my boyfriend feeling very relaxed. This is a great spa located in the heart of downtown. The facility is very clean and had a serene vibe to it. Love it!

I only have Boise Therapeutic Massage Center and some destination salons for comparison. I received a gift card for my Birthday for a 90 min massage and I was so excited to go. The staff was friendly, location was ok (considering its downtown-I was lucky to find a spot) and the massage was decent. I had an older gentleman and he asked me all the routine questions. His pressure was good and he made sure to ask how it was. Unfortunately I wasn't able to completely relax because he was loud. Not only was the decor just fab, but the customer service and the vibe! I love the zen feel and the beautiful decor matched it so well, especially the wood pieces and the water feature on the waiting room in the back. I went for a 50 minute nirvana massage which my husband got me for my birthday and it was lovely. Not only was the massage excellent and professional, but the ambience made it one of the best I've had, and being asked if I'd like a beverage topped it off. Vanessa did an excellent job and was sure to ask what level of pressure I liked and was extremely professional as well

Today was my first visit to Spa Urbana and I will definitely be back! I had the lemon body polish and lime scalp treatment with Maya! It was so relaxing and Maya was amazing! I will definitely book more services with her soon. The girl working the front desk was a little rude but the overall environment and Maya's expertise made up for it.

I experienced the 80-minute Nirvana Stress Relief Massage with Kat as my therapist. Between the deep tissue and Swedish massage styles (using just the right amount of pressure when and where needed), the treatment was deeply and profoundly relaxing to my body, and the blend of herbs, oils, and essences served to soothe my mind.

I found this spa because my grandma was coming into town and wanted a massage. I yelped and was immediately impressed by the reviews Spa Urbana had. I set appointments online which was a breeze. It's a bit pricey $95/massage but after receiving the services, it's worth it. My grandma has a Nirvana massage by Christine and said it was absolutely fantastic. I had a Blues Be Gone by Mya and I can't wait to be back. I will absolutely be back and will recommend this to anyone that asks.
