I strongly encourage you to do business with any company OTHER THAN Integrity Water Softener in the Dayton, Ohio area. After having done business with them for over 20 years and spending thousands of dollars with them I moved to a new house 5 miles away and they REFUSED to deliver salt to my home because they didn’t install the system in this house. I will never do business with this company again and I’ll be encouraging all my friends to use another company and I suggest you do the same. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I’ve waited a few weeks to make this post. We’ve had our water system installed now for 7 weeks. The change in water quality is amazing. We have well water that is high in minerals and have left rust with all plumbing for years. We have been replacing plumbing fixtures now with some simple remodeling and everything is clean and perfect now.

We love their service. Quick and efficient filter replacement and sanitization, once per year. We have been happy with their service for the past 6 years. We also Love the new water system they installed three years ago, since the previous was installed 16 years earlier. We replaced the previous with a new, more efficient system. The water is always ready on demand, very inexpensive, and tastes great! The kids like to drink lots of water at our house. It tastes better than the best, expensive, retail bottled brands.

I paid $119.00 for a service call. The tech that came to my home didn't really know a lot about my system, he just kept repeating that my system was an older model. I wanted education on how a water softener system works since this is my 1st home. He didn't provide any education unless I asked him a question. After he left I had a leak under my kitchen sink, and I called them to report this the next morning, and they couldn't get a tech to come back until the next day. The same tech came back he cut some lines in the system but he didn't drain the lines and water came rushing out. Then after he

This is a small family run distributor and service company for Kinetico water conditioning equipment. I bought the Kinetico system and love it. It is the best water conditioning system i have ever bought. I never have had to repair it either. The design has very few parts. The service is immediate one on one. If you have water taste or softening systems check this business out.

This particular Integrity Water Solutions (Kinetico) company is beyond a 5-star rating in my opinion. Paid a fortune w/ Culligan a few years ago. The technicians had to come out due to some defect in the system at least once a month. Had to take a lot of time off from work to accommodate their schedule. So glad that Culligan trash was removed and replaced by a dependable system, which was far less costly. The technicians, office staff and owner are honest and kind. Have had my new system in place for approximately 18 months. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Integrity water has been an awesome company! Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and their receptionist knew more than the Culligan installers and salesmen. After owning their system and a Culligan system, the Kinetico system that Integrity installs is leaps and bounds better, not to mention it cost 66% less! Integrity all the way!!!!
