Kimbro Renovations was founded in 2007 by Chris Kimbro, a lifelong professional remodeler in Montgomery, Alabama, who wanted to start a remodeling business that would emphasize quality work and attention to even the smallest of details on all of his projects. It all started in Chris's basement with the phrase "Building to a Higher Standard, " which meant doing quality work on every single job in order to go above and beyond customer expectations.

Roof stains or discoloration is caused by a species of algae called Gloeocapsa Magma - sometimes called Black Algae or Roof Algae. This type of algae travels through the air or from falling debris and trees and collects on asphalt roofing and other materials. This growth on your roof looks dirty and will reduce the life of your shingles as it begins to attach to the matting of the roof.

After doing an exceptional job on my home (left a review for that) I hired Kimbro to wash the entire exterior of my office building. Another great decision! I never knew what professional pressure washing equipment looked like.. I do now! Simply put, these guys are professional, offer exceptional service, and their work speaks for itself! Personable and professional. Can't believe the difference in our roof. Every dingy streak gone with minimal pressure and practically no noise or inconvenience. Incredible experience, incredible company! Team showed up uniformed, shirts tucked in, and were so professional. They washed my house and cleaned my driveway.. Let me just say this. Wow! I had no idea it would look as good as it did. They weren’t the cheapest but I am so glad I spent the extra money!
