Services
The terms of all promotional contracts are subject to + or - 10% over-runs. If you ordered 500 plastic credit card cases and you receive 515 you will be expected to pay for the extra 15 cases. Orders can be specified for exact quantities but a fee of between $15.00 and $25.00 is usually charged. It has been our experience manufacturers do not abuse this, and any over-runs that are produced are reasonable to the quantity ordered.
LYNMAR Enterprises, Inc. accepts a variety of artwork formats via email. Simply attach your artwork to your email message and send it to us for review. We accept the following artwork files: Note: we are PC based and cannot view most Mac only based graphic files. Artwork files that are not camera ready will be subject to a minimum $10.00 conversion fee to make them camera ready.
Email Proofs give you the ability to view your artwork electronically before we start production of your promotional items. The electronic proof of your artwork can be either black and white or color depending on your artwork. When you receive the actual item it will have the color imprint you have selected.
All first time orders require prepayment in full. Using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express accepted) will insure that your order is fulfilled quickest. Your credit card is charged when the order is shipped. A company check or cashier's check is accepted and funds must clear our account before your order proceeds into production.
Please note that delivery time is based on the time it takes approve a proof, produce your item, plus the shipping time. LYNMAR Enterprises, Inc. ships from multiple facilities throughout the US. Items may arrive to you at different times and in separate shipments, if you have ordered multiple items.
