Exterior hand wash using premium wash & wax soap, interior vacuum, clean all door jams, wipe down doors and dash, clean center console and cup holders, clean wheel wells, rims, and dress tires. Apply a Meguire's synthetic spray wax for protection (1 Month Protection). Apply a 100% Carnauba hand wax and polish.

Just had a basic car wash. Shawn and a "sidekick" showed on time (forgot to get the name of his partner). Two very, very polite guys. They did an excellent job. Shawn and Rob showed great attention to detail on my cars. They were able to squeeze my Wife's suv in with short notice while they were here also. These guys were great communicators and excellent workers. Ive used other detailers and jumped around based on the deals i could find but it looks like i will be keeping these guys from here on.

Found a groupon for this company and reached out to make sure they had availability and then I purchased the groupon. Scheduled appointment via text but it was missed, company did not follow up to let me know or even to reschedule.
I contacted them after waiting a few hours and was informed that the detailer could not gain access into my gated community even though I gave them the gate access information via text message. They then said they were unable to contact me when they arrived, mind you, my entire conversation to this point has been via text message so they had everything via message including

Purchased Groupon for their ultimate wash and wax package for my sedan and suv. Both vehicles had large amounts of water spots on them after the wash. In addition, the trunk of my was still dirty with grime all over my backup camera.
The detailer was prompt and friendly however, both vehicles looked like they had just gone through a gas station car wash. Definitely not worth the money!

I went to the one on Nellis. This is a new kid who has no clue what he is doing. He doesn't even know that you can put a wrap on your car to help protect it. He spent an hour and a half on my car(the $105 package) and when I got back, the top hadn't been cleaned, the rims hadn't been cleaned and there were still bugs on the headlights and front grill. I asked him to keep working on these spots. I came back 45 minutes later when I could not wait any longer due to a spouse working at 5pm and he told me he had called his dad to ask how to get bugs off and he said "add more wax." This was an unacceptable

Julius did an amazing job on my car! I typically wash and detail my own, so I am a picky customer. I was extremely happy with the quality of work he did on the ultimate wash and wax. My car is so shiny! Additionally, he was super nice and professional. Although I bought this on Groupon for a reduced rate I was looking for a regular service and will absolutely pay full price after seeing the work and the wonderful interaction. Thank you!

I would not listen to any of the bad reviews at all. If you own a car trunks do not get touched unless you request it. That is the same no matter what place details your car common sense people. I used the groupon to try them out before spend some real money with them to see if they were any good and my expectations were shattered. The guy who showed up was nice and straight to the point. Did not mess around and had my vehicle looking better than it did when I drove it off the showroom floor! It was 100 plus degrees out side but that did not slow them down at all. I will religiously use this company

First time I booked them it was good. The guy did a great job. So I booked them for the other car....1:00 appointment. Yes I get they want a 1 hour window but at 2:30 the guy calls and says he is not finished with previous app. yet. I wasted most of an afternoon. But decided to reschedule for early morning. They can get behind if I am the first app, right? Wrong.... I waited until after 10:00 for a 9:00 app.
What good is a good job once if the next two times they don't show?

Today was the first time I had used Xcellent Touch Mobile Service and came away thoroughly impressed. My car has been sadly neglected life happens but she looks amazing now. The two gentlemen were on time, professional, excellent customer service, and did an exemplary job cleaning my car making her look like new inside and out. Hired them to detail and wax my van. They hosed out my interior floor, leaving puddles; had to vacuum and wipe down later. Found a small part from the interior laying on the ground, and later noticed a button missing from my dash. Had to ask twice to get the wheel wells cleaned.
They did a lot of washing & applied the wax after, but it was very careless and inattentive work.
Definitely not again.
