Services
Each of our providers brings different skills, experiences, and interest areas to our practice. Although each of us works as an individual practitioner, we also collaborate when needed. I have had the privilege of providing therapy in Wilmington, NC since 1996. My passion is connecting with people who have a desire to live life to the fullest.
Potentials offers a variety of services to suit your needs. They include Assessment Services, Psychotherapy Services, Wellness Services, Co-Parenting Services, and Early Kindergarten Evaluations. At Potentials, we specialize in psychological, psycho-educational, and school-focused neuropsychological assessment for children and adolescents.
The best way to determine if your child "needs" more specialized help is to ask yourself whether you need more information to help your child. Are there issues that are interfering with his/ her ability to do well in school, get along with peers, or get along with you or other family members? Is your child struggling at school and no one seems to know why?
Each form is specific to the provider you will be seeing. This document outlines our policies and includes a Consent for Treatment that new patients need to be aware of, and sign in agreement. This applies to all patients, children and adults. Please complete only if the patient is a child/ minor. Please complete only if the patient is an adult.
Each independent practitioner is "in-network" for different insurance plans and is able to provide out of network benefits from other insurance plans. Each provider has information about fees and insurance in their individual forms/ paperwork on the Forms page. It is always advised for you to check with your insurance plan about possible benefits.
