My husband and I visited the store today and the gal behind the desk not one time in 15 minutes did she say hello to us. We Browsed through the store and she never acknowledged us at all ! Nice store extremely poor customer service!
If this was my store she would not have a job .

Today was a beautiful, warm November day and I have been wanting to take my boys bike riding in Sunriver. There are several bike rental options in Sunriver and I chose this particular business as I liked their website. Unfortunately for them, they chose politics over a paying customer. We were ushered out the door as soon as we declined a covering. It’s sad to see that businesses have lost their Freedoms and Liberty.

Would have liked to have rated higher but the customer service was bleh. Stood at the counter with multiple items in hand and the cashier just kept talking to the other employee about something on the computer. If you were having an issue fine.. but at least acknowledge the customer in front of you. Had my child not wanted some of the items I would have just set them down and left. Not even an apology when she finally acknowledged me..

Easy rental experience. I'm a bigger guy and my wife and I wanted to do something healthy with our 4 year old while we stayed in Sunriver. I thought it'd be tougher to bike around but the trails are super smooth and a calm ride. The bikes were expensive looking and rode well.

Biking around to the shops and back to our rental was relaxing and fun. We kept discovering wildlife while going over the biking trails. Deer, chipmunks, woodpeckers, etc. It was all a short leisurely ride. We'd stop, the boy would look for a few minutes, then off we go.

Right next to the bouncy house. Sunriver is a great place to bike around and this rental was a good place to rent a decent bike. They open earlier and close later than other rental.

The best place of business you could ever hope to work for and to do your business with. The owners, Angela and John are kind, intentional and not rooted in a greedy philosophy. The mentality is to put the people first so we can provide a truly enjoyable customer service experience before you ever even walk through our doors. I am a current employee here and I am more than fortunate to be working for and with these beautiful people! They invest in us and our well being so we can be fruitful employees. A concept that actually works! Come rent bikes, come work here! Best job you’ll ever have.

We rented two of the e-bikes and had an awesome time riding around Sunriver! Highly recommend! We'll be back!

We rented snow shoes from Sunriver sports and the men working there were so accommodating and helpful :) They shared trail maps and getting gear for the whole group was painless. Would definitely rent from here again 👍

We have rented skis, snowshoes and bikes here. The employees are super helpful and prices are reasonable. They take the time you need to help get you started on your equipment. Highly recommend!

Decent gear and great service from this convenient rental/sales shop. Flexible return times allow you to bring rentals back a day later by mid morning and avoid charge for a second day. Appreciated when all you want to do on the way home from the mountain is jump in that hot tub ASAP.

Located in the Village, this place was recommended by friends for ski rental. Stopped by in the evening; it wasn't busy and staff was friendly.

I needed skis, poles and a pair of ski pants.

Ski rental was fast and smooth. Ski pants selection
was rather limited; looked like it had been picked over due to the holidays.

Nevertheless, mission accomplished and we got everything we needed. Plus, return of gear was a breeze.

I am a devoted customer of Sunriver Sports! They have serviced the eight mountain bikes at my vacation property in Sunriver for years, and they have always provided the most timely and excellent service at a very affordable price. Most recently, their technician Jacob actually serviced the bikes AT THE HOUSE, and he did an excellent job! The bikes now run smoothly and they look so beautiful, as if they were brand new! Having attractive bikes in good working order is a requirement with the Sunriver Resort Property Management, so I am extremely grateful to Sunriver Sports for providing this outstanding

Worker was clearly baked af, horrible service treated us youth with no respect. Unbelievable so rude.

They were nice and helpful when I first went in to rent but didn't mention items rented are to be returned by 3pm. We returned our rental the second they opened and not only were we surprised by the 3pm rule but they were rude while condescendingly explaining the policy they never told me about.

We stopped at this ski shop looking to replace a single snowboard binding strap that was lost on the mountain. This is a tough part to find in a shop as they're not really sold individually. The employee at the counter was awesome and hooked us up with the strap free of charge from and old set they had lying around! It was exactly what we were looking for. They were super accommodating and friendly.

If we ever need rental equipment or other gear, this is the spot we're going to! Thank you for the exceptional customer service!

This shop is a traveler's dream in a place where the bicycle is king. A polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful staff makes you feel like they want you back on the paths as much as you want to be there.

The repair shop is fast and incredibly reasonable on pricing. They are far less expensive and more expedient than my local bike shop, and Sunriver Sports is in the middle of a cyclists vacation hotspot. One would expect resort prices, but that is in no way true for this shop.

I recently purchased a used bike for my son at this store (located in the Sunriver Mall - not in Bend), and the service we received was superior. Brian and his team in the bike shop bent over backwards to ensure we were happy with the bike. They serviced it, swapped out worn-out components, cleaned the frame and chain and adjusted seat and handlebars to fit my son. We must have spent an hour there to get everything just right and they were awesome with all of it. Not only that, they released the bike to us before they normally sell used rental bikes (around Labor Day), something none of the other

Pretty decent selection but 9 out of 10 visits here I get rude short customer service. A pretty cool store but seriously - stop acting like your customers are bothering you!!

Went over Spring Break and I could not believe this place charged me for an adult snowboard/boot rental based on the size of my son's boot (Size 7), he is only 11 years old! No where on there rental information was this stated, until it came time to pay! I didn't care for this.

*UPDATE* 4/19/12- The store discovered their discrepency with the sizes by saying my son used an adult size boot and a youth board, so therefore we should have been charged the youth rental price. Thank you Sunriver Sports.
