While it took several months to receive our scooter due to the pandemic it was worth the wait! Service throughout the process was exceptional. I did alot of research between the EW36 and the Pride Raptor scooter. The Pride Raptor scooter is the one I chose and purchased. I can see alot of thought went into the engineering of the Raptor scooter. It is well built and a safe scooter. I purchased mine through Scooter Direct and the process was smooth as silk. I received the scooter sooner than I expected and have had no problems. I do expect it to last me a very long time as well as it is built. I highly recommend you buy thru Scooter Direct. We did loads of research before getting my wife her new Pride Victory LX Sport. When I took the simple step of providing my email address for a special discount code, Scooter Direct had the best price, hands down. All dealers were also offering "free" accessories for ordering from them and on this count, Scooter Direct was right for us. The basket and cup holder were exactly what we wanted. I added a weather cover and within 4 days we had boxes in the driveway.

I have picked a different scooter and the Rep called me to advised it was out of stock well after talking with him he help me realize I may be picking the wrong scooter. He help me pick the one that would fit my needs the best. I got a Pride Revo. But since I was financing the scooter and had already placed the order already with the finance company there were issue with the "return" of the first scooter and buying the second one. (Nothing to do with Scooter Direct )this caused a delay in getting the scooter I wanted

Purchased a Hippocampe beach/all-terrain wheelchair through Scooter Direct. Great price and very responsive customer service. A minor glitch with with UPS shipping, but Scooter Direct took immediate steps to fix the situation. Wheel chair arrived and was as described - great purchase, no regrets - would buy from Scooter Direct again!

Hard place to find, maps say "your at your destination" and you see an empty field, a tree and a driveway. Great place when you find it. They had three Prd transportable scooters to try, two three wheelers and a four wheeler. The staff showed me them and help me decide what was right for me(not the one I thought). After leaving and doing a little checking, I brought one, use the phone to order to get the best price. The scooter has work perfect, the only problem is the lead acid battery is too heavy to carry in and out to charge.

Ordered a new remote and mother board for my scooter. When I received the items, they had also included a wiring harness that I didn't order. The new remote cured the problem. When I called to arrange return of the mother board (still in the un-opened bag) I was told that they don't accept parts for return. Getting ready to contact BBB
