Dr. Longner a Palmer College graduate has been in practice for almost 20 years working alongside his staff to provide the best treatment for every patient. It is about learning, understanding and taking care of your body to improve your quality of life.'

We aim to educate our patients about Chiropractic and other natural solutions to common health problems in order to motivate you to take a more active and responsible role in restoring and maintaining your own health as well as the people around you.As a chiropractor, we understand that although our patients may be diagnosed with the same condition, they respond very differently to treatments.
Services
Did you know that chiropractic dates back to the time of Hippocrates? He believed that if the spine was misaligned, it greatly contributed to the health of an individual. The modern day school of chiropractic dates back to 1895, when Dr. Daniel Palmer adjusted a man that had lost his hearing 17 years prior.
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality chiropractic care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
Going to the Chiropractor is a new experience for many of us. Maybe we've heard through a friend or have done some research online. It's possible that you are just fed up with living in pain and it's time to do something about it. In either case, your first visit to the chiropractor will really be about getting to know the chiropractor and discussing your history, current condition and goals.
Chiropractic can help reduce the severity and the frequency of your allergies. Chiropractic does not work like an anti-histamine as a direct, short term relief from allergies. Chiropractic allows your body to be better equipped to fight against allergies.

Allergies are a reaction by your immune system to an allergen (substances that normally have no effect on people) resulting in sneezing, coughing, congestion, hives, rashes, and in severe cases, seizure and anaphylactic shock. These symptoms are caused by the histamines your immune system creates in an attempt to protect your body against the allergen.
Chiropractic is based on the idea of removing imbalances both structural and postural in an effort to allow our body to heal itself. For this to happen the network of nerves and signals from your brain, down your spinal cord, to the network of nerves must be allowed to flow freely without any interruption.

He fixed my neck in a place at the base of my head. Nobody knows how to do this. As soon as he adjusted me, I felt my headaches go away. And I felt the pressure being releaved.
I live in Alabama, I'm dying to come back for another visit. Good chiropractors are very hard to find..it seems the new generation is learning new techniques, which in my case doesn't work so I quit going to chiropractor. But I trust Dr.Martin. he knows what he's doing and he's very kind. I would recommend him to everyone

Not sure about returning to chiropractor care. Dr Martin was wonderful! After a 1500 mile roadtrip. And lots of sitting and bad mattresses I had to try again. He knew my fears and he gently adjusted. Thanks Dr. Martin Longner!
