We work with customers everyday that have event dates. Let us know early in the process that you have an event date and we will do everything possible to make that date. If we guarantee a delivery date and miss that date we will refund your money. Yes we offer 3 day service at a 35% rush fee and all rush shipments are paid for by for the customer.

How about a negative star for lying ? I can screen shot the emails of the clear specific instructions that you did not get right . Be a business owner and stop arguing like a child and let it go. Take the review and feedback and learn not to rush through orders and have better email management so you don’t make such a brutal mistake again.

Don did a wonderful job and provided us with spectacular customer service. We had a time deadline that was unreasonable and he STILL was able to make the shirts in time for our first game. The quality of the shirts was very high and we will surely be visiting Competitive Edge for our future Custom shirt needs!

Donald Hawkins (of the Competitive Edge Inc) is an awesome person to work with. I was in a spot wanting to get 145+ shirts printed within 3-4 days and he sent a quote with a decent price (due to the rush nature) and completed the project on time and all with a smiling face :).....would love to work with this place again and will surely recommend any one.... After talking about it for several years, my friends and I FINALLY got around to making shirts to commemorate our annual canoe trip. I chose Competitive Edge because their designs seemed more customized and original than other local businesses. Don and his team did not disappoint.
