Michael Feeley and his team helped my husband with an issue after a fender bender. They were incredibly welcoming and transparent about the options my husband had, they educated him on the different aspects of the insurance process even though they didn't have to do that. Big thanks to Mike & Reuben for making this experience great for my s/o and I. My s/o took his car into the shop looking so bashed in from the bumper, to the hood, grill and head lights. My friends had gotten their Lexus serviced here quickly after their accident a few months ago, and after talking to them about their experience getting their SUV fixed, I went to see Mike at 3 Stage about my Honda. I had a great experience with Mike and his brother-in-law at 3 Stage Auto Collision! My car was hit by a random person in a parking lot so I had very little information about the damage other than to guess at the speed (since it was a parking lot - fortunately low speed :)). Mike was fantastic about managing my expectations and helping me navigate my insurance, as I'd never had damage like this. My daughter kayla was in a minor accident over a month ago, which would be her second in a year! i didn't want to take her car to the last shop that fixed it the first time, and was happy that we had our own auto collsion shop in mike feeley! from the jump, mike and his staff, which includes his sister and brother n law, were extremely helpful, attentive, professional, and patient with us throughout the repair, which only lasted four days considering there was a lot to fix.

I got into my second accident last year, unfortunately, but was able to bounce right back onto my feet with the help of 3 Stage Auto Collision and their helpful staff! I was constantly kept aware of the status. And both Mike and Laura did anything in their power to help me get in and out as fast as possible with the repairs needed.

Wonderful work! Alex was very helpful in getting us the best deal possible on my daughter's Honda Civic. He went Boone and beyond to find used parts and to refinish any other part that he could.
