That's our "Rooted ID"- a statement of brand identity rooted in a clear understanding of who our customers are and what our promise to them is. Every business has its own Rooted ID, and we believe that business owners can make smarter use of their marketing dollars once it is clearly defined. When I started my new business, I wanted to make sure I have a very professional and clean looking brand, and I wanted to make sure I worked with a local Charleston based company that catered to small businesses. I, of course thought to myself, I will never find this! However I fortunately did and could not be happier. This team is amazing. I started my business without a clear marketing focus and Jennifer and her team pulled together the perfect website, business cards, and logos.
