Excellent business. I put in a very last minute order to Terry. He was able to accommodate me and was super professional throughout the whole process. He went out of his way to help me, despite the fact that I gave him only about 24 hours to get the printing done. The price was extremely reasonable and many other places would have charged double what Impact did. I can't say enough about this business, I'd definitely go back here again with any future printing needs.

I needed a very small order of custom stickers made quickly. Terry from Impact Printing was very accommodating. He took the time to let me know my options. My order was smaller than what most companies would set as their minimum. Still Terry treated me like I was placing a really big order. Not only did he get them done for me in just two days, but the quality and price was far better than I would have gotten from the well known online printing companies. Impact printing will be getting all my orders from now on.

Had two 18"x24" poster prints done by Ken and his team. Great quality and amazing customer service; very responsive over email, completed project within days, gave recommendations to improve quality, and even took my frames out of the packaging to put it all together. My husband is a business owner and we will likely be back to use Impact again for business and personal printing needs!

When I first met Terry, he really asked questions to understand me. My business model. Then based off of that we decided on some swag that would enhance that. One of the items were these pens. I loath the throw away pens that's what I call them. I wanted the person actually want to use the pen.
Terry made that happen. 2 years later, I have business owners still using my pen. So when it came time to get more....easy!

I used to order my business cards online because I thought the pricing and quality would be better. My graphic designer convinced me to try Impact Printing and I am so glad I did. The cards looked amazing, very high quality. But more than that, the service was outstanding. Not only did they get my job processed quickly, they delivered the proofs and the cards to my office. As a busy mom who owns a business, this kind of service is so valuable to me. I will be taking all of my printing projects to them from now on. And the pricing was cheaper than what I was paying online.
