Corporate Brokers
In 2003, Shane Ireland and Quinn Salamandra, former college roommates, needed a change. They wanted more. More out of themselves, their jobs, and their lives. They dreamed of loving Monday mornings and helping others fulfill their potential every day.

And so, they followed their passion to help others, set up shop in Shane's garage, and Corporate Brokers was born; not only to fulfill the potential of its founders, but also the potentials of its employees, consultants, and clients. The business (internally & externally) of helping people & organizations realize & fulfill their highest potential.

We get serious about core values at CB. We believe hiring is about human interaction and meaningful relationships. It's imperative that we get to know the real you, not the paper version. Candidates and clients alike are treated as real people, not pieces of paper or human capital. We want everyone to succeed, so every decision we make is based on one or more of the values we hold dear.
We want hiring managers to see beyond your resume, so we rounded up some talking tips to keep in mind once you enter the interview. Have questions prepared. Show the hiring manager you're interested by asking relevant questions about the company, expectations, and culture. You know your stuff! Be confident when speaking about your past experiences and technical knowledge.
Hiring is about human interaction and meaningful relationships. We know hiring, which means we know how difficult it can be. By cultivating personal relationships with hiring managers, we get the most important details about the company, the team, and the position, so we can find the perfect candidate to bolster your business.
At Corporate Brokers, we exist to do one thing: fulfill potential. When you think about it, every single business in existence has that very same goal. Ask yourself, why did I start this company? If you dig deep, one of your answers will probably be that you wanted something more. That you felt the need to pursue an unfulfilled potential.

Corporate Brokers don't go to bat for the little guy/girl. Need to do a better job of checking on your employee while they are on an assignment.
