Bali was very friendly and informative throughout the entire buying process of our home. She was always available by phone and or text, even walking me through the client portal after hours (9:00pm)!!! In unsure times when our title company changed ownership at the end of our loan process, Bali was always there to answer any questions I had, and ensure everything was ok and on track!!! Bali is by far the best Lender ever!! First time home buyers here and she explained everything step by step always answered my questions even if they seemed stupid to her with an awesome attitude. Bali and her team did a great job of answering all of my questions and making the document gathering process straight forward and easy to submit! I was dealing with wanting to buy a new home while renting out my current place and wasn’t sure how I would be able to prove the rental income, they made it easy and told me exactly what I needed.

We started our process with a different lender, but things were not going so well so our realtor insisted that we use Bali! She was able to close our deal in 9 days and we know she did everything she could to make sure that we met our closing date!
