My daughter had damage to her car post accident and we were looking to fix it as cheaply as possible due to its age/condition, and the staff at Rich Gravel's looked at it and made adjustments to it to circumvent the issue (leaking from door) without having to replace it without charge. It was our first time using their shop and they couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. Thank you so much!! We know where we'll go for any body work in the future.

I wanted to publicly thank the entire staff for an impressive repair on my wife's Jaguar. The vehicle had a unique paint and the repair and attention to detail was very much appreciated. I've done business with Gravel's Automotive on 3 or 4 different occasions now and I have to say that their work is just fine, but the "customer service" is absolutely miserable. Let's just say I went there for convenience. There really isn't anyone in the area that does the same line of work.
