Having been in a managerial position from the age of 17. He yearned to have his own company by the age of 25. The courier idea came from the need to have food delivered to him at the movie theater he managed at the time. Though this was not an original idea, there was not that kind of service available in Midland at the time.

Scheduled a delivery that required a signature. My son took off work to be available to sign. The package was not delivered and we did not receive a courteous call that it would not be delivered. As this was a Friday and after 6 before we realized the package was not coming, we were unable to reach anyone until Monday morning. Cavalier staff stated that there was a mix up with the delivery date. I spoke with them twice about this delivery before my son took off from work. Now, I do not trust them and they will not agree to deliver after 6PM or on the weekend when my son is home. A courtesy call

I just got off the phone with customer service rep. Jennifer trying to locate my package that has been sitting at the delivery company since the 6th. I was put on hold several times and finally informed that they are scheduling our delivery for Friday with no current time frame and was informed that they would call me back with a time frame after they schedule it sometime later today or tomorrow. I'm feeling a little insecure about it and thought I would share the experience so far.

Most unprofessional freight company I had business with. Daniel contacted me for a delivery on 4-25-18 from Sunsetter Awnings. Never showed up. I called them up and they have no clue where my order is. Called them up next morning and still no clue about order. Filed a complaint with Sunsetter wanting a refund. Cavalier has obviously lost, or stolen my awing. Just another scumbag motor freight company.

My delivery was scheduled TWENTY (20) days ago! I have yet to see my furniture. I was told they don't have the manpower to handle all their deliveries. The furniture company I bought from has tried for 2 weeks to work things out with them - now they claim to have "lost" the package! DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE HAVING SOMETHING SHIPPED! MAKE SURE CAVALIER IS NOT THEIR LOCAL COURIER!

WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER. One star is far too generous. They have had our furniture for a MONTH. Customer service is non-existant. I finally had it delivered today and they guys cannot even get it upstairs, so now I have to have someone else come get it up there. Heavier and bulkier furniture has made it up those stairs, honestly I think they didn’t even want to try. How is this company still in business???

The WORST experience! Called me alerting me they were 30 minutes out. Left work in a rush to meet them, and an hour and a half call them back asking for status. Was told they had a flat and I needed to call the office to reschedule the next day. Next day, received delivery of two large mirrors. They refused to remove boxes, refused to put it in a side room (rather than against a post in the entrance.) This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. Cavalier is the local delivery company Wayfair uses to delivery larger furniture items out in this area. I would never choose to use this company on my own. They do not answer their phone, voicemail is always full, and they do not respond to emails. When you do finally get a hold of them, they tell you that the majority of their employees/drivers have quit and that there is nothing they can do about it. These people were amazing! We had a home fire back in a January and had to replace a lot of furniture. I ordered from Wayfair and they used this service to deliver our items. When our move in date was pushed back, they were so awesome and held our items until we needed them. Delivery was speedy, professional, and went way above and beyond. I 100% recommend them. Nicest delivery people you will ever have.
