Al Gauron Deep Sea Fishing & Whale Watching has been a family-owned business in operation for over 75 years. Captain Al Gauron started taking people recreational fishing in the summer of 1934. He had two boats operating by the 1950's, and along with the fishing business his family grew with four sons: Ricky, Rocky, Randy, and Ronny.

Loved it. These guys did a great job, we kept informed and he landed us right on the money spot.. Pretty good when your target is as big as the boat 300 feet down!! Luckily I brought my buddy who had a guy for that if they needed help lol. Thanks guys, great trip!!!!

We had a company event charter whale watch Saturday, 8/7. It was a great day on the water. We had a knowledgeable naturalist on board and Kim was a wonderful hostess. Booking was easy and they were great to deal with.

I've done the marathon run for Monday and absolutely fantastic! First time doing it and the people were awesome, the crew was awesome. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. One of the best day's I've ever had fishing for sure.

Our Captain was Rocky. We had a private charter of 6 guys. Great time fishing and Rocky was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure we caught fish. The Haddock were small but we were catching Red fish, Hake, pollack, and Mackerel. Overall great time and will book with Ricky again.

These pictures don’t do justice to the trip. The professionalism of the Capt. and crew was stellar. The boat only held 60 people so you didn’t feel crowded. They had refreshments and food for sale in the lower level galley.

The trip was $43 / person and was worth it to travel onto the ocean to see the humpback whales. We got pretty good at spotting them blowing in the distance. The captain was informative and the trip educational. The ride out there and back was nice.

We had a great day! Not a ton of fish but still a great time as we also saw whales and dolphins! The crew was excellent! Very, very friendly and helpful! We'll definitely do this again and I highly recommend it to anyone!
