Rest assured, we always use the correct equipment and not only guarantee, but also take pride in your overall satisfaction.
There are a wide variety of colors available when it comes to choosing your felt. From traditional greens to darker colors like blacks and greys and bright blues and reds, there's really no limitations when it comes to picking out your felt. However, you'll want to consider factors like lighting, as well as the contrast between the felt color and the billiard balls.
Our elegant, Carmel wooden king chair with a drawer has a luxurious weathered oak finish, a slot in the arms for cues to rest in, and convenient cup holders. The embellishment of the grommets gives this chair a beautiful finishing touch. The beautiful Vienna grey cushion chair has a large, comfortable wrap around the seat and the back.
Got new table from Rick, the install was great the guys were super neat and knew what they were doing. Table is great. Had a little problem, called Rick took picture he got back to me same day, ordered part and fixed problem with no whining. My brother referred me to this company and he is EXTREMELY hard to please... I am Active Duty Military and just got stationed at Luke AFB with my wife and new baby. We just got a house and we are getting a pool table from my parents, I called the shop for a quote to move the table, level it, and get new felt. I spoke with Rick and he was amazing, he had me send him a picture of the table and got back to me right away with the upmost professionalism and integrity. Being in his showroom you can get the feeling that he loves what he does and all the nostalgic games and artifacts are fun to look at. The delivery was quite professional and fast. The whole experience was beyond amazing! We went in just looking to get ideas on pricing and styles, we left pool tables owners because Rick was so patient and took time to explain differences and specifics. The 2 guys that came to install it were just as patient with answering questions and stepping over dogs. They were precise, detailed, quick and very in sync with what the other was doing to get the job done properly and quickly. I love this shop! They have amazing prices and you can buy new or used!! Forget trusting random people dumping their table. Buy here and depending on location, they will transport and set it up for you!! We bought a used one and it came with brand new felt and bumpers, a triangle, diamond, a set of balls AND brushes!! They even give you some chalk that matches the color of the felt you pick! Out ended up being cheaper in the long run and an easy, fun experience as opposed to.. Well if you've ever had to none a pool table on your own, you know. Pick up some accessories while your there!

This is our first pool table that we bought and we had a great experience with Billiard Gallery. I liked that Rick includes the price of his tables on his website. Something about calling for a price quote on his competitors websites left me feeling their hiding something. Once we arrived at Billiard Gallery, the owner, Rick, helped us out through the whole process. There was zero pressure and he took the time to educate us which helped a lot. Just moved to AZ and bought a house with a game room where we envisioned a pool table. Problem was we never owned a pool table or know anyone that has one. Thank goodness we ended up at Billiard Gallery. Rick was great - taking us through the paces and working within our budget. Giving us the options, but never forcing anything on us. There were a few hiccups due to Covid, but he kept us informed along the way. We're so happy with our purchase.

Andy showed us around the showroom and answered all our questions for about an hour. Super nice guy.
We hemmed and hawed over felt color, which table, cue upgrades, and were it not for COVID I'd say he held our hands the whole way. Let's call it a 6 foot air-hand hold.
The tables come with all you need to get started and installation is included in the price. Some (including ours), come with some included upgrades.
Rick was also very helpful finalizing all we needed

I chose Billiard Gallery because I believe you get better service from a small business. Rick treats you like you like your family. I chose the King Harod 8' Pool Table because of style and quality. The table was very reasonably priced as well. The table is very flat and level, shoots well and I could find no flaws. After ordering my table Rick kept me well informed of installation. His crew T and Jack were both knowledgeable, polite. Not once did I have to get up and shut the door to keep the refrigeration in the house. That has never happened before. Rick was excellent to deal with! We were looking for a pool table for our soon to be short term vacation rental. Had them re-felt my pool table. They offer a wide variety of colors. The guys who did the work were friendly, professional and efficient. The price was in line with other shops that I received quotes from. They had a little felt left over so left me a piece to recover my cue rack so it matched the table. Very happy with the service.

I had the guys at the Billiard Gallery move my table, put on new rails and re-felt the table.
Upon first glance it all seemed fine. I tipped both the installers as I was impressed with how quickly they were able to get everything done.
After playing on the table I noticed a few problems, the spacing on the rails weren't even, there were varying gaps where they would meet up, there were also gaps on some of the rails where they met up with the table. It also felt like there were particles under the felt in a couple of spots. And then of course the table settled and it was no longer true,

Wow, let me start by saying thank you for understanding customer service..... If you are in the market for a pool table or any other fun things for your man cave, make sure that you come here first. Their prices are the very best that I have found in the valley, bar none. If you have any questions they will walk you through the whole process and they have a ton of knowledge.
