Al's Awning Shop

We had to have our back awning taken down so the guys replacing our damaged roof and gutters could work on that side. I called and spoke to Ashley who was most helpful. She was able to contact the crew and squeeze us in that day. Brandon and Kyle took the awning down and folded and rolled it up so nicely to keep in or garage. After a few more rain delays, the work got done and the crew from Al’s came right back out and rehung our deck awning. Great customer service! We really appreciate that. Thank you!!

Paid in full in late March. They guaranteed they would have it up by memorial day. Not only were they easy to work with, the framing was up by the end of April and the canvas put on May11th! It looks GREAT! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have an awning installed at their home!

E-mailed request for a window awning. Waited several days and received no response, so we called on July 9th, and again on July 10th and the 13th. Jamie returned call later on the 13th and scheduled a time to come to the house to measure window, for the July 16th. We waited all afternoon~no call, no show. Thought he would call the next day and reschedule~no call, no show. They were, at one time, a top notch business, but no more. Have done a lot of business with them in the past and was satisfied. Whoever is "running the show" now needs to comprehend what customer service is all about

My Dad got the awning from the " other awning place in Erie"
Had them for years. My Dad put and took the awning down himself

Then my Dad died in 2000 my Brother took on the job.. Again no

Well my brother died in 2017 I am a female and I was going to the
other awning place place and they came and put up and took it down
for a reasonable place and no long delays .. Well sudden the other
awning place went out of business..
Since we been with Al's it been a joke... We know they got dumped
on by the other awning company suddenly closing two years ago.

Did not buy my curtains from Al’s but they have serviced them many times. The people who answer the phone have been so helpful. I will be in need of new curtains soon and I will definitely use Al’s Awnings. So thankful for all the help they have given me this last year.

Awful customer service. They had my awning in for a minor repair for a month and when I called to ask when I could expect it back, Amber told me the repair man was out for the day, but she would call the next morning and let me know. I never received a return call the following day or the day after. When I called again to ask where my awning was and why it took so long, I was told I could come get my awning. I said no, I want it repaired. Amber asked if I wanted the owner to call me the next day and I said yes. The owner never called me. My awning was back two days later and the repair looks like

We have used Al's Awning every year for the past 5+ years to set up a tent for us at the March of Dimes walk. This year, they never showed up and didn't answer any of our calls on their so called "emergency" phone number. The lady at Al's Awning blamed us for the entire disaster because we didn't sign the PO (which she never told us we had to). We thought that Al's Awning was a very reliable business considering how many years we did business with them. However, this year proved to be the exact opposite and we will not be using them in the future. Too bad
