This place is awesome the people know what they're talking about and don't mind taking the time to try to help you with whatever you need so the next time I spend $11,000 for a lawn mower instead of going 10-minutes down the road to Talladega, I'll drive 45 minutes to Argo Power Equipment without even thinking about it !!!!!!!!!

I have used this place for several years now for tractor, generator and other small engine service and repair. Very helpful with unloading from the truck.
They are very professional. E.g. if something is Beyond Economic Repair they will inform you before running up a large bill. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is the turnaround time. In season that can run 8 weeks.

I recently moved to the area and have visited Argo Power Equipment numerous times making several purchases. Each and every time I have went to APE I’ve been treated exceptionally well and find the folks working there outstanding. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Anthony and he’s extremely knowledgeable about the products he sells and his commitment to customer service is first class. Did not get the service I was promised. I would not recommend. When I arrived to pick up chainsaw they didn't sharpen my old chain, as I was told, "is a standard service." I was told they threw my old chain in scrap bin. These chains are custom made and not cheap. I wouldn't have a problem with price if you did what they said but are $$$ considering the service.
