Best costumer service. Best installation. Best shutters hands down! Installer noticed a mildly crooked set of shutters while installing and instead of waiting for me to notice and say something, he took it upon himself and ordered a new one right away. Friendliest and most professional people to work with if you ask me. Recommend them to anyone searching for high quality blinds for their home.

BlindSmart offers a great selection of blinds for reasonable prices (and I researched options in Yuma quite a bit - Home Depot was the lowest, but their selection wasn't great)!
The quality of the blinds (in particular, the faux wood) was great overall. However, 1 out of 5 blinds that I ordered had noticeable manufacturing flaws. That blind had several obvious dents, scratches, and patches, especially where the machines made the holes in the wood.
