I called for a simple metal fence replacement bid. The man on the phone could not provide me with information on his services or materials. I asked if he had pictures of his metal fence types and he said he had no pictures. It could have been a language difference issue, but he did answer me in English and did not offer to call me back or come out and see the job and communicate in person. Very disappointing!

Brito's Ironworks gets an "A++" in my book. We had a gate built in the driveway and a side gate done in our house. The project took about a week. From start to finish, Eliseo Brito communicated with us all the way. If he said he would be there by 11a.m, he would be there. If we had any questions, I was able to call him and ask. This is s very professional company and will definitely call them again.
