Reva Kussmaul is the Chief Executive Officer of Eye for Detail, Inc., a residential remodeling company that has served California's San Gabriel Valley for 30 years. We will listen to both your needs and your wants so as to offer you an experience which will successfully meet them. That's when I realized that remodeling was a 50/50 relationship and if it wasn't cultivated as such - nightmares occurred.
Those nightmares were (in most cases) caused by a gap in communication and it could come from either side. So, I decided that both homeowners and contractors could use a coach when it came to their relationship - the remodeling relationship that is. It is my intention to bring a solution to the "remodel nightmare" scenario by bridging the communication gap between homeowner and contractor.

Services
We are a full-service design/build company with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Remodeling is an art and, we love restoring homes, bringing them back to their original beauty, all without sacrificing their Soul. We co-create with you from concept to completion and listening is our speciality.
Before you enter into any home improvement project read this book and get the 411 on the relationship you want to create - dream or nightmare? Remodeling is a process that makes a complete mess of your home and for which you are charged a great deal of money (let's be honest here).
As a contractor, the most challenging part of the job is not the renovation work; it's communicating with the homeowner and managing their expectations (regarding money & mess in particular but not exclusively.)It is simple - but it's not always easy. Laying the ground rules of communication as a homeowner is one of the most important tasks you will undertake during the remodeling process.

I want to give a "reverse review" of this client as well. They were interested and communicative throughout the entire project. From beginning to completion. They were available for any question we had and were the perfect client to work with. The only delay we had was the fact that they decided to do a complete re-pipe when they realized how clogged all the plumbing was as we began the process in the kitchen/laundry.

I employed Eye For Detail to do several things in my home renovation over the years:from updating a bath to painting my house. They are timely, clean, and efficient, and boy!, do they really have an " Eye For Detail." I couldn't have been more satisfied. As a matter of fact, I am about to call them for yet another job!

Reva and her crew were wonderful to work with, from start to finish. They take the time to understand your needs and walk through every detail of the decision making with you. The work is completed in a timely way with outstanding communication along the way. And, no detail goes unnoticed. The work is impeccable and beautiful. We love our new bathrooms and 2 Spanish fireplaces. I highly recommend Eye for Detail!
