I was there in May 22, trying to buy some clothes and boots, I ended up very disappointing with their service.
I didn't get any help from the stuff, looks like they were very upset about something.
Me and another 4 customer ended up leaving the store.
It used to be really good people working in there, with excelente customer service.
What happened???

I stopped in on a whim in order to check out the selection of work boots they had. This place is well stocked, wall-to-wall, with lots of everyday working folk needs... from boots to beanies to coats and socks, this place really has every inch of your "Work World" covered.
Prices seem a bit steep, but hey, you get what you pay for--and the quality of the items in stock seems decently appropriate.
For as large as this place is , however, I highly doubt that they get nearly the amount of foot traffic they need in order to provide the appropriate amount of expected customer

I walked it about 5 min to closing tell the lady that I was just returning two tops that I had gotten for my birthday and that they didn't fit. The lady asked if I had the card I told her no that it was a gift. The lady was done, so I was asking the lady where the store credit or cash so I can get something else. She then later says sorry I put it back on the card and that there was nothing that she could do. It walked out of the store pissed off. I get that they were almost closed but still . I will never come back. They lost some business.

And a fair pricing. Just recently went here and they do have nice stuff still but the workers there oh my goodness they act like they have a hard job both of them are overweight so don’t even ask the girl to try to look at something way up on top you might be asking to much of her cuz I guess her job is hard enough
Tried another place down on north pacific ave freaking crooks, and hustlers its on Lincoln and Pacific it’s a corner shop;you don’t treat people like that.

Kinda high prices. But they are located in the mall, what can u expect? Lol. But they definitely got what u need for work! In Stockton, it's either here or this other store on Pacific & Lincoln St. That other place is called "the works" don't go there! They will rip u a new one & smile while doing it! 😟
