Very unprofessional I needed 2 fire extinguishers hydro tested for my new business and not only were they days pass the date they told us they would have them ready but every time I called to check the status I was constantly being transferred around to people who acted like they didn’t know what was going on. For this to be a representation of the fire dpt they definitely did a poor job being timely and professional especially for something as simple as a hydro test. Wouldn’t recommend.

Businesses BEWARE!! Do not use this company. They will lie on the inspections so they can overcharge for things you do not need. They will then submit a report to the fire department with multiple violations that aren't even true so then can then force you into getting them fixed since the fire department goes off of these reports. STAY AWAY unless you want months of headaches
Update: in response to Deb. Deb, this isn't the case with this company. Fox Valley Fire and Safety likes to state that there are violations or that something is wrong when it actually isn't. I've had 3 other companies after

I am the assistant Chief Engineer at a hotel in Elk Grove. I wanted to pass along a big thank you to Sean and Mike. We had some major issues with our fire sprinkler system during that really bad cold, here at the hotel and these guys really went above and beyond to resolve our issues in a quick and very professional manner. We are very thankful for all their helped and the way they handled everything. Being in the Hospitality business and knowing that 80% of the time you are only hearing bad news, I really wanted you to know they are representing Fox Valley in a great way.

Needed to update our sprinkler system as part of our basement remodel. Shaun replied quickly with a competitive quote. They scheduled the work within one week. Our installer, Stacey, explained the work that was needed. All work was done neatly and the area was cleaner than when she arrived.
We would not hesitate to recommend them.

We have used Fox Valley Fire & Safety for a few years. After the latest incident, we will NEVER use them again. To make a long story short, Fox Valley came out 2 months ago and installed a new sprinkler head in the front of our building. To do this job they have to disable and shut off the water to the sprinkler system. Fast forward 2 months (today) we have a new company out to do our inspections (because for the past few years that we had Fox Valley out to inspect, they didn't care to mention that we needed to replace our hydraulic placard) and the inspector informs me that we have not
