While each has a specific area of expertise, cross-training provides not only the ability to utilize different fabrication methods, but also understand and compliment the process flow on the shop floor.
Located in Manitowoc, WI, we offer northeastern Wisconsin businesses of all sizes custom metal fabrication services geared toward the facilities and equipment which is or will be used in the course of your normal business. Our services often include the direct involvement of our fabricating personnel at your facility to help with the concept, design, and eventual fabrication of your project's requirements.
We offer full service, in-house welding to businesses and individuals. These services can range from production welding to repairs. For production welding, we construct our own jigs and fixtures to accurately position the parts to be welded. This results in accurate, repeatable welded assemblies. Weld certification and die-penetrant crack detection services are available on request.
In addition to offering painting as a service for our fabricated items, we also provide the same, in-house service on a stand-alone basis for both commercial and retail customers. This service is limited to non-automotive applications. Quantities painted can range from one to hundreds, depending on your requirements.
The 8B is a fully adjustable crop lifter (also known as pick up guard) used on all windrowers and combines with fixed, floating, or flexible cutterbars. The 8B crop lifter is constructed of high strength ductile iron for durability and long service life. Plated grade 8 fasteners are used for high strength and corrosion resistance.
