Very disappointed. I spent over $5000 over the past few years. I bought 2 extractor machines brand new both times. The 2nd machine, the best one money can buy. Well after only 5 months the heat part of it stopped working. I've tried emailing, calling, messenging and calling the manufacturer even. To no avail , noone has returned my calls or anything. They were there hands held out to sell me the machines red carpet and all. Terrible terrible terrible. I was ripped off. I am not able to fix it as im not inclined enough. Think twice before buying bigger items from this company and please stay clear
