I love my house however, the management company is AWFUL! My refrigerator had went out Saturday and i wasnt aware until i had came home with $300 worth of groceries. Was told it isnt considered an emergency, they didnt get anyone out till almost 4pm that next monday then couldnt get the new fridge till the following day. When the man called (because the office manager Brooke was extremely disrespectful in our morning convo) he was also extremely disrespectful and dismissive. He told me my concerns did not matter since I had recieved government assistance in the beginning of the yr, i didnt technically

I rented an apartment through IPG from January 2019 to March 2020. The experience was by far the greatest experience I've had with a property group/rental agency. My apartment was priced fairly based on the market and the building was such a nice place to live. I think maybe I had one maintenance issue the entire time I lived there and it was sorted within a day. Everyone on the staff is super friendly and helpful. The only reason I moved was that I moved in with my partner. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

I have never seen such a large property management company pay such phenomenal attention to detail. Although they have tons of units, they never seem to be miss a beat. I have rented two units from them now, and both were immaculate upon move in. Along the way, any issues I have had were fixed quickly. It's like renting from family.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Before we moved in, we were told that all 6 of the broken windows would be replaced— that never happened. The roof leaked in several locations. There was mold from all of the water damage that was never property cleaned. There was lead paint in one of the closets. Maintenance would almost never show up— which is really a pain when they want you to work from home because they do not want to enter your apartment because you have a dog. The heating did not work well. The bottom door to our apartment was broken and would not stay shut unless it was dead boltedâ€

Had a very positive experience renting with IPG- the team is friendly, flexible, and always prompt with responses. Brooke in particular went above and beyond to aid me with whatever I needed from the application process to my move. If I still lived in Louisville I would definitely continue to rent from this company. I’ve never leased with a group that made me feel as though I was truly cared for as a person. Would recommend!

I was skeptical of renting from a property group hearing horror stories from some of my buddies and their experience with the other ones around town but IPG has been fantastic! My roommate and I have been renting from them since May and they’ve continually been attentive to any maintenance issue. Brooke has made sure to keep in contact with me through email and phone call to make sure everything gets taken care of! It’s awesome to have a landlord group that takes care of their renters!

IPG has always been top notch towards me. Their office and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive, and their properties I’ve seen are well kept. In all my dealings with them, I’ve seen that their staff genuinely cares, which cannot be said about all property management companies. If you’re looking for a rental in Louisville, give these folks a look.

I did not begin my tenancy at the apartment under IPG. When I moved in it was dirt cheap and being 'managed' by another entity. Who was entirely useless. Literally the worst landlord I have ever encountered.
Mid-way through my tenancy in said apartment, we were informed that IPG was taking over management of our residence. I was super excited and super nervous for this change. Excited because perhaps this would mean that repairs would *actually* be done, like, ever and that people would *actually* answer the phone and return calls and not scream insults at their tenants. Nervous because

I will say this.... Janet is RUDE. Point blank, (as if you can't already tell by the way she looks over her glasses at you.). She does not smile or introduce herself. She's very intrusive.... Ugggh, you people that want her to manage your properties are insane, she just pushed us to buy a house I'll never deal with someone like her on a monthly basis. She's raising the rent by more than half of what we pay. lmao!!!! For this run down house??? Wow. This house will sit vacant for a year. Oh well, she's just gonna screw over the REAL owner of the house. I will NEVER

These are absolutely horrible individuals. Where should I start? Once claimed they didn't receive my rent payment and charged an extra $50, despite the fact I put the envelope in their own mail slot myself and have a perfect record of paying on time or early. Allowed contractors to destroy the neighboring house, destroy our yard and fill it with debris, cover everything (including grill and eating area) in construction dust, and allowed these contractors to use our electricity without any prior notification, any sort of permission and finally without any sort of reimbursement towards the damaged

After 5 1/2 years of renting from IPG, I can report nothing but positive experiences. They clearly rent a lot of properties, but they are also small (and local) enough that you don't feel like you're dealing with a whole corporate bureaucracy. (One of their staff members recognized my face and knew my name before I had done the same for her.)
And it's not like we just paid our monthly bill and never dealt with other concerns. When you rent a 120 year-old house, you can expect a little drama. Twice they were efficient in dealing with our leaky roof. We had a back door break-in, so

I don't write reviews unless I feel strongly about the company- one way or the other. This agency is extremely unprofessional/rude/unresponsive. We had issues with the property that we were renting with such as mold, leaks, etc. I contacted them multiple times (for weeks) about the issue and never got a response. I then had to get the homeowner involved to get the issues fixed. Things got resolved thanks to her. Because we weren't renewing our lease they had tours of the house- which was a complete disaster. They would have people show up on days we said we weren't available. Sometimes

Very surprised with the previous reviews of IPG. I rented from them for a year and this was the first time I ever had a positive experience renting.
The apartment I rented was freshly remodeled, so their were a few bugs to work out when I moved in. But, they were quick to call in repairmen to fix all the issues. They were also very fair when it came time to get my deposit back. Overall, I had a great experience renting from IPG.

They continuously ignored my calls about fixing the hallway light, which impeded your vision to the apartment. On two separate occasions the dryer was broken and it took multiple weeks for it to be fixed both times.
My dad and I cleaned the apartment surfaces, floors, etc. they are saying the tub is stained beyond repair when it was like that when I got the apartment.
I would Not recommend this property management company to anyone. They do not get things done they tell you they would.

This is just a first impression review. I have heard really good things about IPG, but my experience today was pretty unpleasant. My town homes were bought out by IPG. I came home on Christmas Eve with a note on my door saying they were my new land lord. Next, another notice stating they needed to do an inspection, which is understandable, considering they just purchased the property. They showed up at my door and the woman didn't even introduce herself at first, they just walked in. The two gentlemen with her were nice, but her attitude and demeanor was very unpleasant. I felt very
