I called at 9:30am on Saturday and they had an opening same day at 11:30am. They came out on time and communicated how much the job would cost before getting started. It was a very fair and reasonable amount to pay for what I was asking them to haul away. Great service and I would definitely use them again if needed.

Kyle arrived at the house at the time he said he would be there. He was professional and friendly. He stayed busy the entire time and did his best to get as much stuff on the trailer as possible.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have junk hauled off.

The employee that showed up was nice. But felt like the pricing was inaccurate. I estimated a 1/2 load when I set up the appointment. I had a love seat, a couch, and quite a few boxes that had already been broken down. Add a few small misc items as well. The guy quoted me for a 3/4 load at $180. I paid the amount just because I wanted it gone. My problem lies in the fact that everything could have easily fit in as a 1/2 load, had they not just thrown everything in without a care of where it goes (laying the broken down boxes on the floor of the trailer). I also had to sweep up a bunch of broken

Bella and Norman came out and gave me the best estimate of 3 companies. They first had to remove a bush root stump that prevented them from getting to the backyard to demolish and remove my shed. No problem! They tore that shed apart in no time, and did exactly what I asked and left the place clean. Couldn't be happier! They were friendly, efficient and a wonder to work with. I couldn't beat the price either! And it only took about 4 days between booking them and them getting the job done. I highly recommend! Great value... great service!
