WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I had canceled my policy months ago and they owed me money for charging me after i cancelled the policy. They told me i had to wait for them to review my conversation to make sure i told them to cancel my policy, and its now 3 months later and still no refund and i keep being told that something wasnt done on their part and i should get my check in 5 to 7 business days and i have called them more then 5 times for my refund. and now because they had a technical difficulty i am supposed to wait another 3 weeks minimum to get my refund. Would never recommend this company

William murtha, a very professional young gentlemen who answered all of my questions with ease, made everything understanding and kept us in the loop, never once did i feel like there were any underlying schemes or tricks. i have been content with my use of this insurance and with this company since day 1 and with people like him on the job i believe many would feel the same way. As a young man on way to adulthood myself I am in need of people as helpful as him thank you very much!
