I have a profound hearing problem caused by otosclerosis and have worn hearing aids for 40 years. Recently I needed to get a new set of aids. Adam, at Life Hearing recommended a particular brand which required a number of appointments for adjustments. Adam was very patient making the changes until the last visit totally corrected the issues we were having. I highly recommend Life Hearing and Adam's expertise.

The receptionist, Billie, is on top of everything...she is knowledgeable, friendly and a sweet person. Adam Habibi, the licensed specialist, seems to have only two agendas: #1 to care for each client, giving them the full worth of his more than 20 years experience in the field, and #2 to listen to every concern and/or question his clients have, helping them realize that he not only has knowledge and experience but also the commitment to apply that to each client on an individual one-on-one basis. Great place!!!

I bought a Hearing Aid from this company last year that hasn't worked properly from the beginning. I have worn hearing aids for the past 10 years, but have had problems hearing on the phone, hearing TV and movies well and hearing in resturants. When I purchased the device, they assured me that these problems would be greatly improved. The new aid didn't work any better in the above situations. I went back for 6 to 8 appointments asking for adjustments, but the adjustments did not improve the functioning of the device. Since May, I have written 2 letters outlining my complaints and
