The word monadnock is derived from the Abenaki Indians and loosely translated means "mountain that stands alone". These early Indians and later European settlers built small homes and outbuildings from the timber rich area. Some of the earliest post and beam barns that were built during this time still stand today.
This stationary hanger provides the anchor for the hardware system, improving stability and support. Articulating hardware glides with ease and steps off the track with the patented stepped wheel, allowing you to completely open your barn door shutters.
Our Barnfold Hardware features our Patent Pending articulating hardware. This hardware is designed to be used fo all bi-fold door applications. Taking the place of bi-pass barn door hardware system, Barnfold hardware accomplished the look and application of a barn door, without the need of the extension of the track.
